Who says dreams don’t come true? Just ask Victoria Marker who just won an all-expenses paid trip for her and a companion to “Fly Away” with the Idaho Vandals football team and watch them play the San Diego State Aztecs in California.
Victoria, a student at the University of Idaho, won the contest sponsored by Farm Bureau Insurance when her name was drawn on October 8th. Victoria will receive round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, game tickets, and ground transportation for a complete adventure to the opponent’s hometown.
The dream only gets better. Victoria chose her mother, Debbie Marker, as a companion on the trip and they not only get to celebrate a great day of football, but also celebrate Debbie’s birthday that just happens to fall on game day.
Victoria and Debbie are tried and true Vandal fans and are extremely excited to travel with their favorite college team and cheer them on during a road trip to San Diego.
We’d like to congratulate Victoria, and we hope that the tickets and the experience provide her and her mother with memories to last a lifetime.
