Fast Track System Support Administrator
Position Summary
This role is centered on enhancing customer experience by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all claims, managing claims payouts, performing admin tasks, and testing within the claims database. This position also focuses on fulfilling the responsibilities of the Fast Track Office Claims Representative position.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Assist adjusters by completing activities necessary within the system to advance the flow of the claims process.
- Assist with managing claims payments for status and accuracy of a claim’s financial transactions.
- Conduct and help coordinate testing of system code releases.
- Process admin tasks within the claims system for vendor and integration flow.
- Answer phone calls and assist in answering questions when able.
- Communicate effectively with the claims reporter to obtain information needed to start the claim.
- Manage and resolve basic claims such as auto glass, residential glass, and towing.
- Assist with various processes required to facilitate the timely completion of a claim, including completing tasks and processing payments within the claims database.
- Adhere to company and department procedures.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or GED
Preferred experience: Two years comparable experience pertinent to customer experience, insurance claims, or systems admin.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Requirements: Participate in industry courses such as AIC and/or CPCU.
