Beginning at 4:00pm MT on Thursday, June 15th, our systems that manage policies, payment processing, and the claims process will be unavailable while maintenance and enhancements are being made to them. This will impact users who try to access the FB Hub self-service portal for viewing policy information or making payments.
This will also temporarily impact your agent’s ability to view your policy and payment information. However, you may still make a payment by reaching out to your agent’s office and paying by ACH or credit card. We expect to be fully functional by early Friday morning and apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
